Chris Needs

I serve as Senior Research Analyst, where I focus on investment research, portfolio analysis, and ongoing due diligence. My role is centered on evaluating investment opportunities, monitoring market trends, and helping support the investment strategies and recommendations that drive long-term client outcomes.

I graduated from Temple University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Economics. Prior to joining the team, I worked as an Investment Consultant with Park Avenue Securities, where I collaborated with the investment operations team and trade desk. I began my career with CUNA Brokerage Services, helping provide investment services and guidance to credit union members.

On a daily basis, I research equity and fixed income investments, evaluate current and prospective investment allocations, develop research and performance reports, and conduct due diligence on investment managers and strategies. I enjoy combining data, research, and market insights to help support disciplined investment decision-making.

I live in Orwigsburg, Pennsylvania, with my wife, Elexa, and our children, Nolan and Livia. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, golfing, and playing basketball.
